					<description>It is tough to totally change your diet! On the other hand, it must be nice to have identified the problem and to know how what to do about it.  Have hope that it may not last the entire time you are breast feeding.  My good friend quit eating dairy when her daughter was 3-4 months for similar reasons, but then was able to slowly introduce it back into her diet around 9 months.  Her baby had no problems with it the second time around.....  Good luck!</description>

					<description>Someone may have mentioned this to you already, but just in case I thought I would.  If you have this happen again you can pump and throw out the milk to kick start your body producing more milk that doesn't have the offending cheese in it!  I know it's frustrating, but sounds like you are on the right track to figuring this out!!!</description>
