Look Who Came to Visit

Heidi was in town for the weekend, so Jeni and I got to meet up with her for some yarn sale shopping at Mass Ave Knit Shop. She’s expecting her baby girl to make an arrival very soon, and it was fun to see what cute baby knits are in the works.
Along with oodles of cute little rattles, Heidi brought these one-of-a-kind treats for our Miss Muffet.

In case you can’t read it, the onesie says “knitbaby.” Aww. How sweet is that? Thanks again, Heidi!
One of my yarn sale purchases was some Debbie Bliss Cotton Angora yarn. It took less than one ball to make this cute ruffled hat in the preemie size from the book, Knits From the Heart. Yes, I’m copying Poor Miss Finch — and she’s right about what a great, simple pattern this is.

ohhh…love the hat.
I’ve got to start knitting more, or I’ll never do anything more than those super simple hats I made for Christmas. Wanna help me with some intarsia? ;P

I’m a new reader to your blog. I just wanted to chime in saying I’d LOVE to see a more detailed post about cloth diapers. I love the idea of using recycled t-shirts.
