Wedding Craftiness

As mentioned earlier, my brother’s recent wedding sparked a bunch of craftiness. I don’t have pictures that capture all of it, but here are a couple of snaps.

The first is the afghan I made as their wedding gift. It was difficult to really get the whole thing on film because of the drab colors and the heavy drape. It’s just a series of squares — some large, some 1/4 size. The squares are stockinette with a seed stitch border. I used plain old Lion Brand Wool-Ease in charcoal, black, and cream.

Next is a view of the table decorations, showing the red table runners sewed up by Mom and myself. Ta da!
