How Does Your Garden Grow?
The horseshoe-shaped vegetable garden is in full swing!
It’s a little hard to tell what’s what, probably — but we’ve got a little bit of everything going on.
Some highlights:

cherry tomatoes - eggplant - pumpkins
We’ve also been getting some gargantuan zucchinis, cucumbers, and various other peppers. Those are pole beans climbing up the fence on the right, and I’m also looking forward to melons, carrots, and onions later in the summer.
I planted basil, oregano, parsley, and cilantro mixed in with the flower bed on the other side of the yard. So, we’ve already been able to make salsa and tomato sauces out of backyard ingredients. I love that. The big question will be whether I’m feeling brave enough to attempt canning so that we can make the most of our little harvest during the winter.

Your garden looks wonderful, so much lovely fresh produce! That reminds me of a recipe I keep meaning to try - fried zucchini flowers, eating flowers sounds fun!

Wonderful!
My parents always have a huge garden, and they can and freeze lots of stuff. It was always their hobby so I didn’t learn anything from them
but someday when I have a yard, I wanna be like them, and now you!
Happy eating!
