Hey! I missed my one-year craftmuffin birthday as of October 8. Awww.

Anyway, I’m still chugging along on the cabled sweater for Kate, and zooming along on Klaralund. I’m still enjoying Klara very much, but I will say this for her: those are some loooong sleeves! Since the sleeves also account for a portion of the front and back of the body of the sweater, I shouldn’t be surprised — but I keep re-measuring every inch or so, convinced that I must have gone too far.

I’m a little irked at “Stevie” at the moment, however. He has some wonky bits within the cable area on the front. I’d really like to be able to convince myself just to ignore it and continue on… but we’re talking about front and center at eye-level where I’ll always see it and be annoyed later. So, I’m just mustering up the nerve to go ahead a rip back several rows.

To be honest, I’m still thinking about the little errors that I let go on the back piece, too. I just don’t think that I’m up for ripping out half of that piece as well. I’m kinda ready for this project to be over, you know?
